What's included

What this service includes.

Patios and pavers

Paver, flagstone, and concrete patios set on a compacted base, graded so water runs away from the house.

Retaining walls

Walls built for the slope they're holding, with proper backfill and drainage so they stay put instead of leaning.

Walkways and steps

Even, safe routes through the property, with consistent riser heights so no step catches you out.

Outdoor structures

Seat walls, fire features, and built-in elements that give the space somewhere to gather around.

Our process

How it comes together.

1

Free site visit

We look at the grade, the drainage, and the access, and talk through materials with you.

2

Layout and quote

We mark the footprint on the ground so you can see the real size before we build, then price it honestly.

3

Excavate and base

We dig, compact, and build the base. This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides how long it lasts.

4

Set and finish

Stone goes down, joints get filled, and we clean the site before we hand it back to you.

Common questions

Hardscape, answered.

Why does the base matter so much?
Almost every failed patio failed underneath. Settling, cracking, and shifting come from a base that wasn't excavated deep enough, compacted properly, or drained.
How long does a patio take?
Most residential patios run one to two weeks depending on size, access, and weather. We give you a window before we start and tell you if it moves.
Do you handle drainage as part of the build?
Yes. Grading and drainage are part of the work, not an add-on, because water is what wrecks hardscape over time.
Can you match stone I already have?
Often. Send us a photo or we'll look at it on the site visit and source the closest match that's still available.
